As Creative Director, I designed an interactive Engagement Tree for ServiceNow, created as a central feature within a global exhibition programme. The installation combined a sculptural wooden trunk, suspended planting and integrated digital screens displaying attendee messages, turning customer interaction into a visible symbol of growth, connection and collaboration. Delivered across four international cities, the design was developed with sustainability, modular construction and efficient transport in mind. Each element was designed to create strong visual impact while remaining practical to fabricate, ship, install and adapt across multiple locations. The result was a memorable focal point that encouraged participation, supported storytelling and reinforced ServiceNow’s identity as a forward-thinking, connected technology brand.
